These terms govern your use of AmericanFans (the "Site") and the digital content sold through it. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase granting access to a library of digital photos and videos, plus material added to that library afterwards. Access is delivered instantly on the access page shown after payment. Nothing recurring is charged and there is no subscription to cancel.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share it, in whole or in part.
Account and access
- Your access page link is personal. Keep it to yourself.
- We may revoke access, without refund, if content is redistributed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor shown at checkout.
