Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not, we will refund you.
The short version
Email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to explain why.
How to request one
- Email support@example.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include the date of purchase. That is all we need.
How long it takes
We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your request. Once we do, Stripe returns the money to the card you paid with. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
Access to the content ends when the refund is issued.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please email us first — a refund is faster than a dispute and we would rather fix it directly.
